By using Grantscore's website, dashboard, and services ("Services"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use our Services.

2. Who Can Use Grantscore

You must be 18 or older to use Grantscore. By using our Services, you confirm this.

3. How You Can Use Grantscore
You agree to use Grantscore legally and respectfully.
You will not:

• Break any laws or regulations.

• Copy, misuse, or alter our platform, data, or brand.

• Try to hack, disrupt, or damage Grantscore systems or users.

4. Accounts and Security

You are responsible for keeping your account information safe.

5. Payments

• Grantscore operates on an annual billing model unless otherwise stated.

• Sales reps do not collect payment info directly. They walk you through a secure checkout process or connect you to our secure Payment Team.

• If needed, you may request a partial refund within the first 30 days. After 30 days, only service credits may be issued. See our Refund Policy for full details.​

6. Intellectual Property
Everything on Grantscore — text, tools, reports, branding, design, code — belongs to us or our partners. You may not copy, share, or sell anything without our written permission.

7. No Guarantees

We do our best, but we don’t promise perfection.
We’re not responsible for:

• Service delays or interruptions.

• Lost data or content.

• Results from using our tools.

You use Grantscore at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent of the law, Grantscore and its team are not liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, or special damages.

• Any loss of revenue, data, or future opportunities.

If something goes wrong, our total liability is limited to what you paid us in the last twelve months.

We can change or end our Services or update these Terms at any time.
We’ll post updates on our website.

By continuing to use the Services after changes, you accept the new Terms.

These Terms follow the laws of the State of North Carolina — no matter where you're located.
